Job profile
Working as part of a close-knit team under the direction of the Head of Motorsport and Championships Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Support the running of all events including championship rounds and official championship test days and events.
To undertake general administrative duties to support the Commercial team and Championship Manager
You will be required to support all aspects of the four British Championships and customer facing elements of race weekends ensuring the customer is receiving an excellent service throughout the event
Take an active role in sales and be expected to aid and generate sales at all events ensuring you are promoting the brand at all times
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work weekend, out-of-hours and extensive travel supporting these events.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Championships Manager.
The Successful candidate will have:
Customer-facing, sales-orientated personality
Commercially focused; actively seeking ways to improve our events
Strong competence with Microsoft Office
An effective communicator in both verbal and written communication
Outgoing, professional team player with an eye for detail and the ability to work well independently
Highly organised and the ability to work to a consistently high standard
Hold a full UK driving licence
Experience in the motorsport, leisure automotive or event management industries is essential
A can-do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential
