Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: GBP14 per hour
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm

We are looking to find a reliable and confident Office Manager to work with our client in Potters Bar on an immediate start, temporary role. If you are looking for a new role straight away and have experience in managing a small office please apply by submitting your latest CV.
SKILLS REQUIRED
You must have worked in a Senior Administration or Office Administration role previously
You will be confident and reliable and enjoy a challenge
A courteous and polite telephone manner
A natural multi tasker
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the company director with administration tasks
Ensuring all paperwork is kept upto date
Speaking with suppliers and client s
Creating invoices and answering emails
The company is also due to relocate offices soon and you could be supporting with any tasks relating to the move
