LITIGATION PARALEGAL

SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
We are currently looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join and assist in their highly regarded department.

The successful candidate will be working as member of a vibrant and growing commercial and civil litigation team, working alongside partners and associates. The work is varied and covers a broad range of commercial and civil litigation disputes, including breaches of contract, business disputes, contentious wills and probate matters, and property litigation.
In your role, you will:
1. Assist partners/associates with the day-to-day management of their files, which may include: -
the drafting documents, including witness statements and court forms;
preparing court bundles;
legal research;
liaising with, and meeting with clients; and
assisting with general compliance and file administration tasks.
2. Manage their own caseload of small claim cases and debt recovery claims.
3. Be expected, if required (and subject to your capacity) to assist other commercial teams, including the Employment Team, should it be required. The hope is that this will help broaden your experiences and make the role more enriching for a candidate with a strong interest in developing knowledge and gaining experience.
Whilst experience is always helpful, it is not essential. The key requirement of a successful candidate is that you are a willing and eager individual who is highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In return, they offer a competitive salary dependent upon experience and ability and a performance related bonus.
