About the Job

As a key member of a dynamic Group reporting team you will be providing performance reporting and insights to a top end FTSE 250 PLC Board and senior management team. This small central team is responsible for all the statutory and performance reporting for one of the fastest growing FTSE 250 companies in the last few years and you will be a key member of the team.

You will work closely with the key stakeholders providing them with the information they need to help understand and drive performance improvement in their business area. You will be involved in forecasting and budgeting for the Group, as well as providing financial support on a variety of exciting initiatives across the Group.

You will need to be able to produce accurate financial information to tight deadlines within a fast and ever changing environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Monthly reporting to the PLC Board and senior management team, setting out relevant financial information and providing commentary and useful insight.
Interpreting data to supporting key stakeholders in with their decision making
Financial support on projects and initiatives
Supporting the business with long-term and short-term planning and budgeting
Ensuring processes and controls are in place to ensure the integrity and accuracy of reportingThe ideal candidate will be:

Commercially astute
Possess strong Analytical skills
Be an excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
Have a good understanding of vertically integrated business processes
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedWorking at Games Workshop
