Wickford, Essex (with occasional travel to Cambridge required)

Due to our rapid growth and current expansion, we are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join us at our Wickford Head Office as part of our Customer Service team.

The Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a large team of staff.

Supervising the day-to-day activities of the team, you will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, support the generation of sales and report on departmental progress.

Alongside senior management, you will create strategies and implement effective processes and standards.
