With a realistic earning potential of £40,000 pa, were seeking people focussed candidates to join our hugely successful sales team. Just like a number of our team, its highly possible that you can exceed this OTE figure and manage your own earning potential.

These opportunities will enable you to define your own working week byrunning a business that suits your lifestyle, while enjoying the flexibility of working for yourself. As a member of our self-employed direct sales team, you’ll be able to set your own goals and work your own hours. Also, if you’d like to source extra venues yourself, feel free. After all, the more you sell, the more you earn.

Previous sales experience isn’t always necessary. We’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic and ambition. Our team will provide you with tools and ongoing support and training to succeed with one of the UK’s most established automotive brands.

• Possess a passion for communicating with members of the public, you’ll be a people person, wanting to talk to customers about the vital services that the RAC offers.
• You won’t need any previous knowledge or experience; we will equip you with everything you will need to develop and grow your business.
• Performance focused, ideal candidates will be not only focussing on reaching, but exceeding sales targets, and enjoy the benefits accordingly. All with a passion for introducing the vital services that the RAC deliver to millions of customers every year.
