Operations Manager (Repairs & Maintenance)

Salary circa £65,000 per annum

HTS Group Ltd is a LATCo (Local Authority Trading Company) acting as the commercial arm of Harlow Council to help enhance the economic wellbeing of the area and making it less reliant on Government funding. HTS was set up by Harlow Council to provide a range of environmental and property maintenance services.

Come and join us at this exciting time where you would be responsible driving through the changes for our Repairs & Maintenance Department, where you will have an overall management responsibility to direct and plan all responsive repairs/voids work, projects and programmes, the level of service, quality, quantity, cost control and meeting our contractual requirements.

You will provide guidance and direction to senior management associated to the management of key performance deliverables, ensuring that the goals/objectives/standards identified and agreed with senior management are met; you will prepare reports and offer solutions and areas for improvement.

You must hold a full valid Driving Licence.
