Librarian (Literacy Support Assistant)

35 hours per week, term time plus two weeks (40 working weeks)

We want our library to be at the heart of school life at Haygrove and are looking for an inspiring individual to become our Librarian (Literacy Support Assistant). You will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective library service, working closely with the whole-school Literacy Lead, English and Learning Support departments to raise the profile of the library and ensure it contributes to the delivery of the curriculum, and fosters a love of reading in our students. You will support a variety of intervention strategies across KS3 to develop literacy and support student progress in reading.
