Salary £28,590 to £32,535 depending on experience
We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to lead the current site team under the supervision of the School’s Operations Manager and the Trust’s Estates Lead. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Haygrove School by co-ordinating all site-related services in addition to organising and undertaking a full range of caretaking duties to include the delegation of tasks to the team. You will also be required to play an active role in supporting the refurbishment, expansion and other building advancements in terms of bidding, developing, procuring and implementing Trust-wide building and maintenance projects across the Trust. Whilst the post will be based at Haygrove School, there may be the occasional requirement to travel to other schools within the Trust.
If you have a building trades background with facilities management experience in a similar setting and hold a Health & Safety qualification or be willing to obtain this we would very much like to hear from you.
