Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Stores and Warehouse Assistant based in Milton Keynes for a reputable and expanding food manufacturing equipment company on a permanent basis.
Summary of the Engineering Stock & Warehouse Assistant role
Salary: GBP25-28k per annum, dependant upon experience
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
The role
As the Engineering Stock & Warehouse Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:
Picking and packing of machine parts both large and small.
Processing of packages through various courier databases.
Processing of customer returns for warranty
Complete both annual and daily cycle counting to reflect stock accuracy.
Occasional pallet building and performing local deliveries.
Operate company forklift to manoeuvre machines.
The experience required
As a successful Engineering Stock & Warehouse Assistant, you will have the following:
Previous picking and packing experience of parts is essential.
Strong IT skills including use of Office 365.
Previous engineering or machine parts experience.
Forklift licenses are ideal but not essential.
Full UK driving licence ideally.
