Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Administration Planner/Scheduler to join our team, based in Pontprennau, Cardiff. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP20,648.63 increasing to GBP21,438.77 (after probation period) per annum plus excellent company benefits.
As our Administration Planner/Schedule, you will schedule a range of works for domestic properties and provide an administrative service along with call handling.
Responsibilities for the Administration Planner/Scheduler role are:
Prioritising and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks
Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme
Help us manage contract requirements for a range of jobs
Handling calls, scheduling a range of works
Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
Managing the customer and client relationships
Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system
Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales
What we are looking for in our ideal Administration Planner/Scheduler:
Good level of education
Previous call handling/ scheduling experience
Ability to operate a computerised data base system,
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
