We are looking for an experienced office administrator to work alongside the business managers and directors to assist with the day to day running of a successful family business.
The ideal candidate would have had previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing business and experience using a Sage accountancy package.
Daily duties include:
Managing incoming calls
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Placing purchase orders using Sage 50
Processing sales orders using Sage 50
Assisting with HR and Health & Safety
General office-based duties.
Working days/hours are:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm
Friday 9am to 12pm
Full training will be provided, and ideal candidate must work well both under pressure and under their own supervision as well as part of a team
