This is the ideal role for a proven Goods out Manager to advance their career with one of the leading outdoor living companies in the retail space.

You will join a rapidly expanding team and take charge of the day to day running of one of our warehouses. This will involve implementing procedures that ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Your Role

- Ensure that customers’ orders are dispatched at the correct time and within the timeframe for KPI’s
- Create and organise picklists for the warehouse operatives.
- Ensure that the Goods Out process is efficient and effective, maximising output
- Stocktake management to ensure the stock accuracy in the warehouse.
- Organise with different courier companies to ensure they are supplying the correct vehicle and loading the trailers accordingly
- Ensure that staff are fully trained for dispatching of goods
- Ensure that products are leaving the warehouse safely to ensure the products reach the customer in a timely and safe manner
- Quality check products leaving the warehouse
- Check forklifts are being used efficiently and that paperwork is getting filled in each morning by the pickers
- Ensure the pump trucks are in working order and checks are fully up to date
- Communicate daily expectations with the Goods In team and ensure continuous workflow planning throughout the day. A hands-on approach is required
- Provide regular communication both internally and externally and proactively manage escalated customer service topics

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE WAREHOUSE LOCATION YOU WOULD NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION.

About You

- Previous warehouse management experience is essential
- Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be physically fit
- To be professional, presentable, confident, friendly, and engaging
