Quantity Surveyor - Roofing

Quantity Surveyor- Roofing Contractor
The role will be varied and will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Attending site visits.
Interpret technical drawings and clarify client requirements.
Taking accurate measurements of projects.
Produce detailed costings for constructions, including labour, plant and materials.
Compiling and producing quality tender documentation.
Ensure delivery of submissions within specified deadlines.
Proactively deal with client enquiries and clarifications, both existing and incoming.
Interacting with clients at consultations.
Qualifications/Experience: -
Full UK driving licence is essential. You will have proven experience with a Roofing Contractor or Construction Related Company, or hold surveying qualifications.
Skills: -
Strong interpersonal skills and all round excellent communication skills. Proactive and willingness to take the lead on own initiative and under minimal supervision. A proven ability to work to, thrive on, and meet tight deadlines.
