Service CoOrdinator
Location - Andover
Package: Up to GBP27,000 Basic Salary
We are a successful lift company within our industry, specialising in the lift Service sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Service CoOrdinator to our team. Experience with an Assistant/ Coordinator role within engineering would be ideal for this role.
The Candidate:
Dealing with end user and customers daily to understand their situation
Communicating with the Engineers and clients daily
Planning works for engineers to ensure call outs and services are booked in to engineers diaries
Ability to work from the Andover office
IT Literate and ability to utilise computer systems
Logging enquiries coming in, in to the system
Quoting for works
