About the Client:
Our client, specialists in the Lift and Escalator industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Coordinator based around the South East area to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Coordinating the Service and Call-Out Engineers to best support clients and the operational effectiveness of the Branch.
Pro-active Service bookings across the portfolio.
To provide a focussed Customer Support Service working with the Senior Service Coordinator, responsible for a dedicated customer base and portfolio of units and engineers.
To regularly update clients on outstanding matters and resolving queries alongside the Service Supervisor/Senior Service Coordinator through efficient and friendly communication utilising the Service Database and information provided from field engineers.
Assist with the quick quoting process on insurance and urgent repair items.
To ensure the Service Department operates efficiently whilst contact for colleagues and clients and carrying out administrative duties.
Qualities Required:
Extensive previous work within customer service and office administration.
Ability to use a PC (especially Word, Excel and databases) and possess typing and accurate data-entry skills.
Excellent customer care skills with confidence to professionally handle sensitive or difficult situations.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of people.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Possess an adaptable approach towards work.
Ability to produce statistical reports.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
Positive approach towards work.
Polite and courteous manner.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Receptive and adaptive to change.
Ability to use initiative.
Willing to learn.
Self-motivated.
