They are currently looking for a Site Manager who is either a past or present Pride in the Job winner or who has an excellent track record.

As an experienced Site Manager, who is already working with another leading private house builder, Health & Safety; KPIs, overseeing trades and Quality will come second nature to you.
Having a Degree / HND / HNC in a construction discipline or coming from a trade background is required and you will need valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at work. Having additional training like Scaffold Inspection will help to stand out from the crowd.
An attractive salary is on offer based on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package which include a company car or car allowance; fuel card and the BEST bonus in the industry!
