Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP30,000
Hours - 0900am - 1700hrs Monday - Friday
We are currently supporting a lovely organisation based in between Northampton and Wellingborough with their recruitment. Our client is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their team and support on projects around the business. You will be required to use your knowledge of systems, processes and technology to assess their business needs, make recommendations, and support future development of the business.
Duties
Supporting the business with GDPR compliance, including implementing necessary processes
To support the internal SharePoint System, training will be provided but ongoing support and development is needed
Involvement in new website design, and managing any necessary external contractors associated
Building an inhouse Works Assignment Tool to support the operations team and ensure efficiency and compliance
General IT support and management of external IT providers ( including understanding value, usage and making recommendations on suppliers )
Dealing with any external providers of technical systems and solutions As a rapidly growing business, no two days are ever the same so the days will vary. The nature of their business, and the pace they move at means that priorities change, and the selected individual will need to be comfortable with this.
