Sales Support Administrators
We are recruiting for a business services company in Malmesbury for a Client Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, upbeat team working with customers, contractors and their sales team - there is no sales in this position.
So what will you be doing?
As new customers join your role is to simply take it from there! Setting them up on the system and arranging for the work to be done.
Not quite so simple. You will have to find a suitable contractor to work with the customer from your database.
You will then call the customer and make the appointment for the contractor to visit.
This role is very much the "middle man". You will have to coordinate and organize and there will be lots of admin. Plenty to get your teeth into.
This is an established business that has lots of people in senior positions that started in this very role!
Whether you want to progress or are happy to stay within this role long-term they are open to accommodating you either way. This is a secure position.
The office is open plan and friendly. It is street parking but this isn't too much of a concern.
If you have experience dealing with people over the telephone and are ready for a meaty role then get in touch!
The role is paying GBP22k PA
Monday to Friday 10am-6pm or 11am - 7pm
Office based - NO work from home
