Purpose

to providing professional and customer driven front line IT support to our internal customers and store colleagues, becoming the single point of contact for technical triage, diagnosis, and fault resolution. Applying documented resolutions (Knowledge Base articles) and escalating where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Create incoming incidents and service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
Create a trusting and highly positive rapport with all our customers
Diagnose, document, and resolve a wide range of incidents reported by stores, corporate users and lab staff.
Manage incidents, requests, and projects through to completion with a high degree of ownership, quality and consistency.
Ensure customers are informed of progress on outstanding issues and requests.
Be actively involved in the development and improvement of Technology Customer Service Desk.

Skills and Experience

Proven Customer Service Skills.
Demonstrable written and verbal communications skills. With the ability to communicate in non-technical user friendly language.
Good IT knowledge is an advantage
Patient and resilient
