Air Personnel are looking for a Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager Rotary to join their client in Oxfordshire.

Continuing Airworthiness: The Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager is responsible to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager for ensuring that all maintenance is carried out on time and to an approved standard in consultation and agreement with the PART 145 Maintenance Co-ordinator. They will act in liaison with the PART 145 Maintenance Co-ordinator to ensure that The Company's responsibilities in the following areas can be met:

Establishment and development of maintenance policy, including the Maintenance Programme(s) for company aircraft.

Analysis of the effectiveness of the Maintenance Programmes.

The relationship with the maintenance contractor(s) and establishment of the Maintenance Contracts

Ensuring that the Quality System required is effective in its application and any follow up actions required to address findings;

The approval, by the Authority of The Company's Technical Log, including any subsequent amendment thereto;

Ensure the maintenance tracking system (Aerotrac) is kept up to date, monitored and reflects the approved maintenance program.

Ensuring that The Company technical records are kept as required,

Work planning and follow up;

Technical follow up;

Modifications and repairs are carried out to an approved standard;

Airworthiness Directive/Generic Requirement review and embodiment;

Non mandatory modification embodiment policy;

Rectification of all defects;

Line and base maintenance;

That Company pilots are duly trained and authorised to issue Certificates of Release to Service, where necessary and appropriate;

That the Certificate of Airworthiness for each helicopter operated by the company remains valid in respect of; (i) The airworthiness of the Aircraft,

(ii) The expiry date specified on the Certificate, and

(iii) Any other condition specified in the Certificate;

Reporting any occurrences of a maintenance nature to the Authority and the aircraft manufacturers. This includes both Mandatory Occurrences and occurrences related to maintenance findings, which fall outside the Mandatory scheme.

The amendment and control of the Continued Airworthiness Management Exposition.

Co-ordinating the induction of new aircraft into to the fleet and preparing documentation for C of A issue

Prepare and assist the C.A.M. in document preparation as required by Authorities for C of A renewals and other aircraft document reviews as required.

Assist AMOs in recovery of aircraft from AOG situations

Monitoring of the fleet s certificates and subscriptions for Airframe & Engine to ensure maintenance data, warranty support programs and related services are kept up to date according to the regulatory Authority requirements to ensure the safe operation and airworthiness of the aircraft, and to maintain warranty coverage.

Ensure applicable Airworthiness Directives, modifications (SBs) and repairs are carried out and appropriately recorded.

Attend Operations meetings as required to ensure operations are advised of aircraft status, planned maintenance activities and any known financial status.

Regular liaison between maintenance organisations, Operations and Flight Crew to ensure any scheduled or unscheduled maintenance is communicated.

update and maintain the aircraft log books and physical records of all maintenance activities on the aircraft including via computer and web based planning systems

Ensuring maintenance conducted on assigned company aircraft is being performed in accordance with the policies and procedures and, regulatory requirements are complied with.
