Grade 2 Process Operator

Lianhetech are now looking for a number of Grade 2 Process Operators to join them.

As Grade 2 Process Operator, you’ll meet manufacturing performance targets and meet site safety standards, with no lost time accidents or major incidents impacting the site’s operation. You’ll monitor permit activities as requested by the Supervisor, process data entry to BMS (OEE, handover logs, yield etc) and complete data entry on to batch cards and QA015 packages.

Hours of work: shift pattern rotation of 4 days on (consisting of x 2 12-hour days and x 2 12-hour nights), then 4 days off. This pattern is repeated 3 times and then you’ll get a 10 day break. On average, you’ll work 12 days per month.

About You

Candidates for this role must be a FOL Grade 2 Operator or hold an NVQ Level 2 Process Operations qualification and have good safety and quality awareness. Highly numerate and with good literacy skills, you will be computer literate and be conversant with BMS Manufacturing elements. You’ll possess good problem-solving techniques and have strong team working attributes.
