Quality Control Shift Analyst

1x Permanent, Full time Position
1x 9 Month Fixed Term Contract Position 

Joining us as Quality Control Shift Analyst, you will provide a comprehensive analytical service, testing products and raw materials in line with customer demands and business requirements. You will report analytical results accurately and in a timely manner and look for ways to improve in-process analysis. You’ll also help with coaching and developing other members of the Quality Control team.

Hours of work: shift pattern rotation of 4 days on (consisting of x 2 12-hour days and x 2 12-hour nights), then 4 days off. This pattern is repeated 3 times and then you’ll get a 10 day break. On average, you’ll work 12 days per month.

About You

So, if you hold a degree in Chemistry (or another very closely aligned subject) and have previous experience as an Analyst in a Fine Chemical or Pharmaceutical environment, then we would love to hear from you! We’d also like you to a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills as well as HPLC and GC experience. You’ll be data and computer literate and a fluent user of typical office software application packages, especially Word and Excel.
