Customer Care Manager
Linear Recruitment are currently with a national house builder to recruit a Customer focused Manager for a permanent opportunity in the Nottingham region.
Your responsibilities will be to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site, and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships.
• Hold contractor meetings as and when required
• Check plots at strategic stages and carry out quality audits using Iauditor
• Carry out final quality checks and ensure all extras are fitted
• Work with the Site Manager to manage the Finishing Operatives in making sure that all snagging works are complete
• Book in home demonstrations and carry them out with the customers
• Arrange the handover on legal completion day with sales and the customer
• Arrange trades and Finishing Operatives to carry out any snagging works and liaise with the customers to get them completed and checked
• Look after the customers for the first 12 weeks of occupation and ensure the customers are snag free before they go over to customer care
The Person:
• Good communication and people skills
• IT literate in word, excel and outlook
• Residential housebuilding background (desirable)
• Attention to detail
