This is a Permanent position for a Trainee Project Administrator to join a growing international business based in Liphook.

Description
The Trainee Project Administrator role based in Liphook will have the following responsibilities:
Work in the Customer Success team to provide day to day administration support to clients
Organising meetings
Sending out invites
Work closely with operational teams and other parts of the business to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered accurately
Meeting with clients on site
Attending pre-meeting run throughs and demos with clients
Ensure that client events/meetings run smoothly
Ensuring user guides are distributed
Troubleshoot any on boarding questions and problems
Implementation of solutions on site, in live environments
Ensure that our products and services are delivered to the highest possible standardsProfile
The successful candidate for the Trainee Project Administrator role will need to have the following skills and experience:
Prior experience of working in a customer facing role- retail, hospitality, sales, customer service etc
Have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients day to day
Have strong administration skills
Have strong organisation skills
A background within projects, event management or technology would be advantageous
Be able to work to deadlines
Be able to manage multiple projects at one time
Travel to client sites when neededJob Offer
This is a Permanent position offering a competitive package and benefits package.
The is predominately an office based position, but hybrid working could be offered once training is completed.
Travel to client sites will be required from time to time
