We have an exciting opportunity for a Lab Analyst (inorganic / organic) to join one of the largest life science companies in the world. They specialise in analytical and bespoke specialist testing, covering environmental testing, asbestos and waste.
Key Duties (but not limited to):
• Results analysis and data entry in a timely manner in line with client expectations and UKAS standards.
• Interpretation of chromatographic data.
• Assist in the maintenance of QC.
• Assist in ensuring instruments are kept clean / maintenance.
• Accepting deliveries, setting up equipment, cleaning and assist with testing.
• To work in a professional and safe manner and to advise others to do the same.
• Maintenance of confidentiality.
• To comply with all Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role.
Key Attributes:
• Good communication skills.
• PC literate.
• Industry knowledge.
• Proven analytical experience.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Science Degree or equivalent (desirable), but would consider graduates.
• Experience of working in a lab.
