Do you have experience within Production or warehouse? Are you available immediately? Do you have a forklift license?
If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with this well established Company who are seeking Production Operatives to join their expanding team.
Location: Higham Ferrers (Wellingborough)
Salary: GBP23,500 per annum
Shift Allowance if applicable GBP4,923
Annual Bonus with baseline value of GBP500
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours:
During training which will take approximately 4 weeks, the hours are 40 hours per week (8am to 5pm Mon to Thu with 45m unpaid break, 8am to 4pm Fri with 60m unpaid break)
After training, shift working will be required
6am - 2pm with 2 x 15 minute paid breaks and 1.45pm to 9.45pm with 2 x 15 minute paid breaks alternating
Duration of contract: Permanent or Temporary to Permanent
The position will consist of the following duties (but not be restricted to):
Packing/picking finished products
Recording and record keeping
Working to Hygiene/BRC regulations
General warehouse/production duties/unloading/loading
Stock control duties
Product sample preparation
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Skills required-
- Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence - preferred but not essential
- Food Hygiene certificate desirable but not compulsory as training will be given.
- Experience in food manufacture would be an advantage
- Self motivated - ability to work alone and part of the wider team
