Assistant Front Office Manager required to join the reception team at this Bournemouth Hotel.
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager within the reception and nights team across this hotel.
As Assistant Front Office Manager, candidates require reception supervisory / team leader or a few years of hotel Receptionist experience from within hotel reception. Experience of using Opera is preferred, though training will be provided.
This is also a hands on role and shift work is involved working 5 says over a 7 day period and this includes working late and early shifts, supervising the day and night reception operations.
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist to lead, develop and manage a reception team, ensuring the effective running of the hotel reception desk achieving consistently high standards of service and maximum guest satisfaction. Good financial awareness will be required for this senior role.
The salary for Assistant Front Office Manager is given as up to GBP23,000 / per annum. Other opportunities at this hotel to strengthen the reception team, include Receptionist and Reservations Co-ordinator.
