Occupational Psychologist - In House Assessment Specialist
Office location: Milton Keynes.
Rail Client.
Day Rate: Discussed on application.
6 MONTH CONTRACT.
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office NON NEGOTIABLE.
An Occupational Psychologist (In House Assessment Specialist) is required to join a rail client working in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for defining the people resources required for a project at different stages and identify, recruit, deploy, flex and develop those resources to support successful delivery. You will also be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of resource and capability strategies across a major project or portfolio of projects, using appropriate resourcing mechanisms to support pipeline resource planning, working with various different stakeholders to use appropriate routes to market, Overseeing the timely and accurate reporting on Project Resource and Capability plans and activities, leading the challenge function on consistency and accuracy, identifying resource levels, skills and competencies required, and skill gaps for new and existing staff, providing advice on appropriate learning solutions, strategies and support and advocating professional development and learning within the project.
The successful candidate will be qualified to a degree level in occupation psychology with experience working in this field, as well as experience working on bias assessment design and delivery with a mixture of volume, executive, experience grad assessment, supplier and stakeholder management, and expertise and admin/creating packs for design themselves.
