We are looking for a PA/Production Assistant to join our Visualisation & Film team in our Battersea office.
You will be responsible for the support and overall administrative co-ordination of the department as well as assisting in the production of films, scripts and voiceovers. You will be helping to supervise film shoots internally and on location as well as producing creative mood and storyboards.
Qualities and skills required:
A degree in Film or Production would be highly desirable
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility with excellent organisational skills
Smart and professional dress and personal presentation at all times, acting as an ambassador on behalf of Foster + Partners
Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
Working knowledge of Shotgrid production software or similar software
Good Photoshop, Indesign, PowerPoint, Words and Excel skills
