Customer Returns Administrator

Permanent position and office based

We have a client that is recruiting for a superstar Customer Returns Administrator who has oodles of initiative and can do attitude!

The right person for this role could be anyone with the right attitude. Our client is very open on experience and would consider anyone who has warehouse, retail, high street customer services, admin, hospitality, beauty experience and more.

Key responsibilities:

Checking Returns from customers/suppliers

Inputting all returns onto the database system

Keeping booking advice/return details up-to-date on the system

Checking Quality of returned goods into warehouse and deciding the future status of product description

Entering Customer Returns Requests onto system

Liaising with Customers and the Customer Service department regarding returns

Liaising with Accounts to ensure returns are credited

Checking returned products into the Warehouse

Analysing the reasons for returns on a daily basis, highlighting specific problems

Liaising with warehouse regarding stock movements/stock control

Raising credit notes on finance system

Liaising with courier/shipping companies to ensure that any claims for goods damaged or lost in transit are resolved

Inspecting goods returned from Shows and events.
