Based in Maidenhead, salary GBP24,000 plus fantastic working culture and benefits.
Full-time: Monday - Friday with flexible working hours between 9:00am - 5:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm.
The successful Project Administrator must have excellent time management and organisation skills, attention to detail to monitor and control project variables, good communication skills to coordinate with team members to support completion of projects on time and within budget.
Duties
Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
Creating and updating workflows
Acting as the contact point for all project participants
Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues
Based in Maidenhead, with some flexibility to work from home
Skills and Experience Required
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role
Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
