CNC Setter/Operator
Permanent Staff Basildon
The Company
One of the largest international independent manufacturers of metallic aerospace detailed parts.
The Role
To produce precision components from drawings using CNC machines whilst working to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard.
The work will include the following:
Competently set and operate CNC machines
Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency
Quality check all finished jobs
Clean and maintain CNC machine and all associated equipment and machine area.
The Candidate
To apply for this role, you must
1. Fully skilled time served CNC setter/operator
2. Experience of milling machines - 3 Axis
3. Able to interpret engineering drawings
4. Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
5. Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
