Warehouse Administrator
Telford
Circa GBP22,000 plus excellent benefits/bonus

Job role / duties
•Administration of logistics & import/export paperwork
•Allocating stock against customer orders
•Book vehicles in and out
•Control the flow of goods to and from 3rd party warehousing
•Maintain stock accuracy
•Liaise with other departments to maintain the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
•Order & control pallets
•Deal with POD discrepancies
•Weekly/monthly reporting using Excel
•Performing remote scheduled stock checks through the system
•Enter data into the main computer system
To be considered for this role you MUST
Have worked in a medium to large fast moving manufacturing envirronment
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Administration or planning experience
Good interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and a positive attitude
Working knowledge of MS Packages
Proven record of meeting deadlines, prioritising multiple tasks
Working experience of an ERP System
Have excellent attention to detail and strong relationship building skills
Be part of a team while working independently
Have good telephone manner
