Ashberry Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Day Support Workers to join their client s team, a well-respected social care provider. They are looking to appoint Support Workers with experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues and complex needs in the Chorley area.
As a Support Worker you will be committed to providing a high standard of care to residents and person-centered environment for the vulnerable adults within your care. We are looking for experienced professionals dedicated to the well-being and welfare of their service users, enabling them to lead an independent life having due regard to their health, aspirations, and social care needs.
Successful applicants will have experience of working within:
Supporting adults of all ages who present with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs, including challenging behaviors.
This role will include supporting services users with ALL elements of personal care.
Support Workers must be patient and conscientious to work with these adults who place their trust in staff to protect and guide them through their day-to-day challenges.
This is a full-time permanent role, 30-40 hours per week, between the hours of 08:00-22:00, days, evenings and weekends.
