Technical Manager

We are working in partnership with our valued client, a not for profit housing developer and affordable housing provider based in Cornwall, who have an urgent requirement for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team.

You will work with the Head of Technical to deliver projects according to the Group s development strategy and business plan by maintaining the pre construction programme, including land acquisition, appraisal, planning & development programme, and will drive efficiencies in the design process whilst ensuring the buildability of schemes
