Area Sales Manager Leading brand selling the best products in their sector.
Selling Tools to Tool Shops, Engineering Distributors, Tool Trade Outlets, Motor Factors
East England
Fantastic opportunity to work as an Area Sales Manager selling the workshop and equipment for the Automotive, Tool Shop, Agricultural, Engineering and Industrial sectors.
You will be selling via distributors and looking to train and motivate the teams to sell the products.
Ideal candidate: - Area Sales Manager or Technical Demonstrator selling Diagnostic / Tools / Workshop Equipment / Power Tools to distributors in the Automotive and Com Automotive, Tool Shop, Agricultural, Engineering and Industrial sectors is ideal but not necessary.
Field based commutable from Ipswich, Cambridge, St Neots, Peterborough, Chelmsford, Kings Lynn.
Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Salary circa GBP47 circa, Base GBP34k per annum depending on experience plus bonus, vehicle, plus holidays and pension.
The Role: -
Dealing with distributors / Tool shops.
Train your customers to sell your product.
To achieve sales and profit targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
To attend exhibitions and trade events.
Build brand and range awareness.
Train your customers to sell and promote the products.
Experience selling equipment and tools.
The Ideal Area Sales Manager
Highly driven to succeed keeping your eye on the target.
Good reporting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Have knowledge of workshop equipment and tools.
PC literate good knowledge of Microsoft Office and capable with Excel.
Well organised with attention to detail.
Have the mindset to ensure all work is done promptly within the timescales.
Hold a full UK driving licence (three points or less).
