The Opportunity
After continuing growth, our client has a busy branch servicing major manufacturing and construction customers in and around the Worcester area. The branch currently has two experienced professionals and plans to increase this to four shortly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced branch manager to join a business that is well regarded and known for providing first-class service and can supply a wide range of products when its competitors struggle. As a Branch Manager, you will lead the account managers who are passionate about developing their knowledge about products to help their accounts develop.
The Candidate
An experienced Branch Manager who is passionate about customer service.
Preferably industrial supplies background or similar.
Ability to develop sales and lead other sales professionals.
Commercial aware, you will understand margins and profitability
Excellent communication skills
