At One to One Recruitment we are thrilled to be once again working with Great Rail Journeys based in gorgeous new offices, right next to the train station in York city centre.
A rare opportunity has become available to work within a small team (but part of a large department) as a Customer Relations Assistant. Reporting to an approachable Contracts Manager and working within a supportive team, the main purpose of the role is to be the main point of contact for customer s post-holiday queries.
Feedback can come by email, letter, phone or via online it s the responsibility of this team to find a resolution whilst keeping customers updated.
You will need to:
Be accurate with a keen eye for detail
Be good at liaising with various teams and stakeholders throughout the business
Enjoy working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Have excellent customer service skills and have experience in this area
Good MS Office skills
Start date: ASAP
