Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Position: Full time, Based in offices in Frogmore
Reports to: Chief Technical Officer
Salary range: GBP26-32k
Seeking a talented E-Commerce Assistant who has fantastic knowledge and a good understanding of E-commerce management platforms such as Magento and Amazon. You will also have an interest in pay per click advertising on platforms such as Google and you will be covering several project tasks. Directly reporting to the company CTO, this position is a perfect fit for a driven and talented person determined to build their experience and career within a strong, experienced team.
Responsibilities:
Updating the company website, Amazon page and create promotions.
Working closely with internal team, in-house creative to ensure the content on both web and social platforms are up to date.
Monitoring and Setup of Google and Facebook adverts.
Updating Web and Amazon content.
Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey.
Reporting on sales performance on a weekly basis through Google Analytics.
Resolving any technical issues with the company website.
Creating product for both the company Web and Amazon stores.
Daily Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily site checks and comprehensive category checks, ensuring accuracy of content displayed.
Track and report on E-Commerce sales daily.
Support with the preparation and creation of all new product, ensuring accurate and optimised features, category selection, attributes, pricing, and copy.
Implement visual merchandising strategy as required by the Management Team.
Identify and resolve issues with orders.
Resolve any bugs and merchandising issues as quickly as possible.
Assisting with campaign email builds: creating and amending variations of an email by customer segment, building tracking links and testing.
Use customer data to drive decision making and promote the importance of SEO-focused content.
Develop an excellent awareness and knowledge of company activities and product ranges to translate across all platforms.
Skills
2+ years of previous related e-commerce experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Magento 2 CMS
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience of SEO
Strong use with Microsoft office 365 Apps
Analytical and always focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes
Pro-active approach with willingness to show initiative
Ability to multi-task and be flexible
Collaborator with strong ability to use own initiative
Excellent communicator
