Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to join a well-established, tight-knit team of IT Support Engineers within an award-winning Managed Service Provider that have a focus on creating a great atmosphere?
On offer is a great opportunity to join a thriving business growing from strength to strength, responsible for providing IT Service Solutions for the market leaders in Tech, Retail and Finance. Recently acquired a modern, beautiful office kitted out with amenities and decorative furniture and the newest technology. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical customers and staff.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with prior experience in an IT Support role. Some who is local and be prepared to work in a varied IT Support role.
The Role:
IT Support 3rd line
Provide a high level of customer service to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
Office 365, Azure, VoIP, Networking, Hosting, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers, WiFi.
The Person:
Industry experience in an IT Support Role.
Office 365, Azure, Active Directory.
UK Driver's License
