I m looking for a QA Test Lead to join a growing business in Ipswich.
You ll report into the QA Test Manager and be and responsible for leading the QA & Test team in all test activities for the business. You ll still be hands on in the day to day testing, but you ll also be the go to for the team on any issues, making sure the work is being carried out correctly and managing upwards to the Test Manager on progress as and when.
Experience wise, you ll have a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, how it works alongside the rest of the business and competent in all aspects of the hands on testing. Ideally you ll have some senior or leadership experience too and you ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior managers and QA Manager on any ideas you feel may help or add value to the testing processes
