Konnect are currently recruiting for a leading groundworks sub-contractor within the South West region. They are expanding and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Exeter.
Key accountabilities
- Work alongside the commercial team - report into the Commercial Manager
- Prepare trade contractor bid list in conjunction with the Project Manager and obtain approval
- Confirm project insurance arrangements
- Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.
Preferably the candidate will have groundworks experience.

Salary: GBP40-50k (depending on experience)
