Carbon60 are looking to recruit a HVAC Engineer to work for one of the country's largest property owners. You will be based in a hospital environment, covering a variety of local medical facilities in the local area. Location: Melksham
Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP41,000 + on call allowance
The Role:
You will assume the responsibilities of maintenance, installation and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the estate
This will include fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification always maintaining site services levels, carrying out scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems
Maintaining AHU's and FCU's / VRV's and VRF's and complying with all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and legislation to ensure statutory and mandatory compliance.
The Successful candidate:
C&G 6187 - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. and NVQ level 3 Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
C&G 2079 - Refrigerant Handling.
C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition is Desirable.
