We are proud to be working with a brand-new client, a public sector organisation as they seek to recruit a temporary Housing Repairs Admin Assistant for an initial 12-week contract.
As a Housing Repairs Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of the housing repair team.
To be considered for this role, you must have an excellent telephone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilience, and an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Key Deliverables
Supporting housing repairs team
Ensuring queries and complaints are processed in line with service standards
Answer telephone calls and deal with customer queries when possibleHourly Rate: GBP9.50 net pay
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary - Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours either 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00
