First+Second Line Application Support
QA Test Analysis
Business Analysis
Product Consultancy
Anticipated Candidate Profile
An enthusiastic, hard-working individual living in or around the Ipswich area. The successful applicant will be a fast learner with a good aptitude for technical knowledge. You will need to be methodical and well organised with a high attention level to detail. You will be confident with others and not be worried to share your opinion on how a challenge should be approached/resolved. You will have the desire to broaden your skillset to support your knowledge of our industry and our software products and have excellent written and oral English skills. Product training will be provided. You will be able to demonstrate the following key personal attributes:

We have an exciting opportunity for two (office-based) graduates to join our expanding team in Ipswich. From our Ipswich office we can provide roles and experience across the software lifecycle with teams responsible for servicing our customers through, Business Analysis, Product Consultancy, Systems Integration, Application Support, QA/Testing and Pre-Sales Support.
Our vision is for graduates to spend time with each team to develop complimentary skills whilst also gaining a great understanding of our business, the logistics industry that we service and of our software that we develop for our customers. Following this, and with experience of the complete software lifecycle, opportunities will be provided to specialise in a particular role.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a fast learner and hard-working, have a good aptitude for technical knowledge and have a degree in a relevant subject. You will need to be methodical, well organised, have a high attention level to detail, and be a good communicator comfortable working directly with customers.
