We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant / Training Support Coordinator to work for a leading car manufacturing company based in Buckinghamshire.
GBP27,000 + Hybrid (2 days from home per week) + Great Benefits - Temp to Perm
Admin Assistant / Training Support Coordinator s Core Duties
Provide the network with advice, support and guidance on all training and development
Ensure accurate staff records regarding attendance and accreditation within the LMS system
Assistance with follow-up email enquiries
Provision of comprehensive administrative support to the team
Produce monthly performance reports
Track and monitor all course bookings ahead of time to ensure maximum attendance in line with agreed yearly targets
Ad hoc events support when required, either in a hosting capacity or as a guest
Provide adequate cover and support the Training Support Executive in managing training resources, equipment and trainers to ensure they are available and serviceable
PO processing and follow up
Day to day delegate experience support (reception, welcome, parking, register, catering bookings, room set up etc.)
Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
Admin Assistant / Training Support Coordinator s Skills Required
Experienced Administrator
Advanced PC skills with the ability to create Excel spreadsheets and manipulate data
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills at all levels
Previous database administration experience
Highly numerate with the ability to critically review numbers
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Team player
Previous experience within a training role
Familiarity with a range of databases
