To be considered, you must be a local candidate or be available to start work in Peterborough.
You will join a busy department that pride themselves on developing their technical knowledge, resolving customer issues in a timely manner and have the want to progress through the ranks.
The ideal IT 1st line support candidate will possess the following experience:
Strong team plater
Be highly literate
A good telephone manner
Creative troubleshooting skills and an inquisitive nature.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Experience
The job role:
Pro actively keeping Customers informed, via telephone and/or email, on incident or request status and progress.
Adapting and keeping up to date with processes and procedures.
Log issues via incident management system
To advise customers on the best solutions
Work in a team environment and support colleagues in day to days tasks
Help new starters feel welcome to the team, by sharing knowledge and experiences.
This role is an out of hours desk on a 4 on 4 off rotation. The role is paying GBP12 per hour initially and is temp to perm.
