Administrator - Dealership Support
GBP24,000 to GBP27,000 dependent on experience
Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? Do you have a great attention to detail with previous Administration experience?
If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Whetstone and Finchley Rd Audi Dealerships are looking to recruit a Dealership Administrator to help support the management teams at each of these centres.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Dealership Administrator position will have some previous administration experience in a high pressured environment.
A large part of the Dealership Administrator position involves:
Completing all administration paperwork including daily updates and reporting with data pulled from various CRMs
Manager all new Start Paperwork including Training and system logins
Monitor the site debtor lists and update management
Maintain new car / used car prep lists
Daily Banking
Be a champion of the employee engagement platform, Workplace
CXM Daily updates for both departments. Including first response to all alerts
Providing statistical and department related information to the management team as required.
Liaising with the Management teams at both sites regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

We expect our new Dealership Administrator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
Ability to work to deadlines.
Methodical approach to everything they do
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Confident and professional communication skills.
