Overall purpose of the role:

The Administrator's role is to support the operations team in the day-to-day production workflow for FSMA campaigns. It will be expected that the Administrator will be able to assist in the planning monitoring and control of all aspects of the campaign.

This is an office based in Corby Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17:30

Project Administrator Responsibilities:

• To assist in the management of print campaigns for our FSMA clients to achieve their global marketing goals.
• To assist with resource requirements (e.g. materials, budget, timings) and optimal cost structure based on operational needs.
• Deliver project requirements, developing processes for scope changes/change requests
• Ensure best practice by checking the accuracy and quality of all documentation within Syspro and packing sheets.
• Trouble-shoot any problems which arise during a project and work pro-actively to prevent any potential problems before they occur (e.g. problems with delivery date, unexpected client feedback, change of scope, etc)
• Working closely with the Ops Director and Sales Manager, to ensure clear ongoing communication on project updates and outstanding information.
• Ensure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standards
• Report on project budget, tracking delivery against target margins, and seeking to maximize revenue through efficient project delivery (profit margin)
• Support the provision of weekly reporting/monitoring of project performance including financial updates and OTIF.
• Attend regular WIP meetings with the client services team.
• To assist with the end-to-end management of allocations and packing sheets, from estimating through to production.

Project Administrator Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially with the use of Excel.

• The ability to work on your own and with the account team when needed.
